Communication with the candidate we present to you is also vital. We have already spoken to the candidate on your behalf. We have already presented your opportunity to them. If you take 5 days to clear their name for us to send you their information and take another week before contacting them to schedule an interview, it comes across as unprofessional on your part. These candidates are actively looking for a position. If you don’t contact them soon, they will interview and take a position elsewhere. We don’t want you to lose the opportunity to hire a great candidate that would have been a good fit for you and your staff.
